If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 15 days for a full refund (less shipping and merchant fees). Item must be received in original condition (non-damaged). All options (Fur and Dress) are requests only, due to the scarcity of some of the available choices. We will do our best to honor your selections; however, we cannot guarantee they will be exact.  All purchases are insured. If for whatever reason your order is received damaged, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will handle all claims, and promptly issue you a replacement.
