If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and merchant fees). Item must be received in original condition (non-damaged). All options (Fur and Dress) are requests only, due to the scarcity of some of the available choices. We will do our best to honor your selections; however, we cannot guarantee they will be exact. All purchases are insured. If for whatever reason your order is received damaged, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will handle all claims, and will issue you a replacement once costs have been collected from the mailing service.

Once the returned item or items have been received, it can take up to 72 hours to be processed by our Returns Department.

**Note: It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the laws of their State or Country regarding the purchase and shipment of Items with Claws, Skulls, feathers or other questionable materials. We are not responsible for Items seized by customs or quarantine agencies.**

Holiday Season Return Policy:

To make it easier on Holiday buyers, we extend our return policy for items purchased between November 10th through December 25th. Items purchased during that time frame can be returned outside of our 30 day return policy for EXCHANGE ONLY until January 5th. No Exceptions.
